Notice is hereby given that an application for a Conditional Use Permit has been filed with the Florence Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) by Eric McClintock.
The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for sale of handmade creations of art and crafts including yard decorations at the property located at 11724 SR 113 E, Berlin Hgts, OH, Parcel Number 07-00068.001 in a Residential/Agricultural Zoning District.
A public hearing will be held on March 16th, 2026, at 7pm at the Florence Township Town Hall, 11011 Chapel St., Wakeman, OH 44889
